Pricing

Prices each itinerary based on the unique aspects of the tour, location based factors such as current tariffs and currency values and number of participants. Providing high quality, memorable tours at the best price possible is extremely important to us. Therefore, all prices are quoted as individual requests.

In order to hold a space in one of Cultural Crossroad’s unique tours, a $1500 per person, per tour deposit is required. Notification will be sent as soon as tour spaces are confirmed, as space is reserved in the order in which payments are received. Payment for both deposits and tour balances can be made via check, wire transfer or bank check. Tour balances are required to be paid in full 90 days prior to the tour.  If you would like us to build you a custom tour, a non-refundable $150 deposit will be required.

Any registration received within 90 days of departure is considered a “late registration” and will be subject to special confirmation. Payment in full must be made immediately sent by overnight mail to Cultural Crossroads before confirmation is possible. Please note that some tours may not allow registration within 90 days of travel.
